We do not accept returns—once the coffee is in your possession it cannot be returned. See below for refund guidelines.
30-Day Refund Policy
We have a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund.
We roast small batches at a time to ensure you get a freshly roasted bag of coffee each time. Any more than 30 days after opening your product, we can no longer guarantee it's freshness.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If you have issues regarding your order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide detailed information regarding your issue. A dedicated member of our team will reach out to you to find a resolution within two (2) business days.
- Allow two (2) business days (48 hours M-F, excluding holidays) to process your issue. You will receive an email response from a dedicated member of our team.
- You do NOT need to return your items.
NOTE: Unfortunately, we cannot accept refunds on sale items or gift cards.
